State of the art techniques and physical therapy modalities to speed recovery

Spinal Manipulation

Trained in multiple techniques which include manual, activator and drop table manipulation. We will discuss which will be most beneficial to you.

Ultrasound

A treatment that uses vibration to deliver heat and energy to parts of the body - including spinal muscles, ligaments, tendons and bones. It's goal is to reduce pain and speed healing.

Electrotherapy

The use of electric currents passed through the body to stimulate nerves and muscles, chiefly in the treatment of various forms of muscle tension and pain management.

Massage

Sessions of 30-90 minutes to achieve overall relaxation or more aggressively to remove knots and stretch fascia. Massage is tailored to the patient's needs.

Therapeutic Exercise

Programs of muscle stretching and strengthening to stabilize the spine and prevent future injury.

Roller Table

Segmental traction of the spine to help maintain vertebral mobility and relax the paraspinal muscle. Used with heat or cold packs to speed recovery.
